We are looking for an experienced professional from customer service and project management background to lead our after sales department. 1. Profitability and Strategy formulation : a. Create customer service infrastructure strategy as per business requirement with a view to ensure required customer satisfaction is achieved&nbsp; &nbsp;b. To work in close coordination with other departments to provide inputs for new product development and pilot launch c. Responsible for revenue of the function d. Champion the customer service department. This entails assessing and managing the customer service team with a view to continually improve processes and outcomes 2. Client Management and Problem Solving : a. To work with internal and external clients to understand client service requirement needs b. To ensure market queries are resolved on timely basis with a view to maintain good relationships with our clients c. To identify problem areas for customer service and effectively address these areas by engaging customer service team and make the planned changes quickly and effectively&nbsp; &nbsp;d. Manage all customer service processes with a view to engage customers earlier in the buying cycle. 3. Team management : a. To communicate regularly with the team on various policies, processes and guidelines with respect to Welspun Flooring products&nbsp; &nbsp;b. Manage the entire customer service and installation team with a view to continuously enhance their efficiency levels c. Conduct regular team reviews with a view to motivate team and create action plans to bridge productivity gaps d. Collaborate with HR team to ensure regular trainings of the team both on functional as well as behavioral aspects with a view to continuously develop team e. Ensure deployment and adoption and usage of new CRM software
