- Sells products by implementing sales plans. - To plan and achieve B2B sales as well as revenue targets with a view to ensure continuous profitability of the commercial department in the zone - Development and expansion of new customer base by establishing better relationships with AIDs (Architects &amp; Interior Designers) and Project management consultants with a view to increase sales - To ensure business development by meeting Contractors and clients from various commercial spaces with a view to achieve higher sales and visibility of Welspun Flooring products - To influence large corporations (carpet industry, flooring) with a view to tap more customers and increase sales - Manage B2B sales to meet/exceed monthly, quaterly and annual sales targets. - Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans - Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling, following up on work results. - Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies. - Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary - Excellent communication and presentation skills
