The Role :-
To manage the entire gamut of Performance and Reward activities for the employee population and promote performance driven culture to increase the organizational effectiveness.
The Head - Performance & Rewards would be responsible for the implementation of all activities from Goal setting, evaluation of performance, calculation of performance linked incentives, employee compensation & benefit policy and define annual payout. In addition, the role holder will act as Global HR Business Partner for company's operation in US and Saudi.

Educational qualifications and Experience :
- Qualifications: Full time MBA HR from premium Institutes like XLRI or TISS only
- Experience in HR and substantive expertise in managing reward and performance in Large or medium sized organization
- Preference for experience in a global role
