Summary: We are looking for Strategic HR Leadership: Develop, communicate, and implement the company's HR strategy to align with the overall business goals and objectives. Provide strategic input and guidance to the executive team on HR-related matters to be based in Ahmedabad. Master's degree in human resources, or a relevant field is preferred with minimum of 15 - 18 years of senior-level HR leadership experience, preferably in the Shared Services & GCC industry.

- Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention and cost

- Develop and manage the HR budget effectively, ensuring cost control and allocation of resources.

- Train, mentor, and leading HR initiatives and Best Practices.

- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.

- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.

- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
