Your primary responsibility will be to sell digital outcome focused interventions via doctors & hospitals to patients, ensuring comprehensive diabetes care.  You will have the opportunity to:  Directly contribute to the revenue and profitability of a rapidly growing startup  Lead a team of clinic and hospital sales managers  Build the market for a disruptive technology-based solution  Expand your knowledge of marketing, healthcare & technology  Invaluable experience in a startup environment  You will be responsible for:  Opening new accounts and penetrating existing accounts in the healthcare space, especially focused on the diabetes and cardiac space.  Ensure achievement of sales targets from the assigned region  Expanding the BD team  Ensure team sales targets met through BD managers  Manage relationships with doctors - KOLs, KBLs, clinics and hospital systems  Develop and continually enhance the value proposition for clinics and hospitals  Closing sales end to end, from lead generation, requirement gathering, presentation and contract closure  Track and manage metrics and goals related to finance, revenue, productivity, operational efficiency and customer experience  Managing sales operations on the ground  Demonstrating ability to exceed revenue and profit targets  Training medical & paramedical staff at partner centers.  Leading sales in the West & South Regions.  Qualifications:  Preferred: MBA from a top tier institute such as ISB, IIMs, XLRI etc.  Preferred: Doctor or Candidates from some medical /healthcare background.  Required: Min. 3-5 years of experience in concept sales in the healthcare space - with doctors and/or hospital systems as the target group  Preferred: Previous experience in sales to diabetologists and endocrinologists. Previous selling experience in the diabetes and cardio metabolic space is a big plus  Required: Entrepreneurial. Proactively looking at more avenues to grow revenue and user base  Required: Target oriented. Exceeds individual targets contributing to overall targets  Location & Duration : Mumbai, Full time role  Compensation & Duration:  Industry competitive fixed salary  Eligible for ESOPs in addition to fixed salary  Performance based incentives through target achievement as bonus on top of fixed salary
