We are a fast growing start up in the health food ecommerce space. We would like to bring onboard an ambitious and motivated team member who can build our private label products and also be capable of leading offline sales initiatives and collaborations. Esop's would also be available for the right candidate.

About the Company :

Wellcurve.in is a one-year old, angel-funded start-up. We are a holistic (product + content) platform for healthier nutrition alternatives. The e-commerce site was launched in September 2019. The platform consists of over 500 products across more than 35 brands, growing / scaling at a very fast pace. The founding team consists of a former CEO of a well-known fashion company and a former consulting professional. We are a team of six people running the company full-time.

About the Role :

We are looking for a digital marketing manager who will own and drive marketing. He / She will have the freedom and responsibility to build a marketing strategy and execute the same from scratch. KPIs on the basis of which performance will be measured include month-on-month growth in traction, social engagement, sales, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand consumer insights, brand positioning, and product portfolio

- Create and develop a private label product portfolio

- Drive offline sales and collaborations with corporates, select F&B participants

- Participate in execution of the marketing strategy

Desired Qualities / Qualifications:

- Entrepreneurial / Growth mindset - looking to build and scale something from scratch

- Someone looking to explore exciting opportunities beyond the routine 9-to-5 job

- Relevant work experience (3-4 years) and proven track record of driving growth

- Willing to work and thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced, high-intensity start-up environment
