About the Company
Wellcurve.in is a one-year old, seed-funded start-up. We are a holistic (product + content) platform for healthier nutrition alternatives. The e-commerce site was launched in September 2019. The platform consists of over 500 products across more than 35 brands, growing / scaling at a very fast pace. The founding team consists of a former CEO of a well-known fashion company and a former consulting professional. We are a team of six people running the company full-time.

About the Role
We are looking for a digital marketing manager who will own and drive marketing. He / She will have the freedom and responsibility to build a marketing strategy and execute the same from scratch. KPIs on the basis of which performance will be measured include month-on-month growth in traction, social engagement, sales, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand consumer insights, brand positioning, and product portfolio
- Come up with a monthly marketing plan (primarily driven by digital marketing)
- Forecasting and Budgeting
- Drive execution of the marketing strategy through various tools like Google Ads, Social Media, etc.
- Use growth hacks to drive organic growth for the platform
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for execution, viz. agency, third-party experts, etc.
- Build and Manage a team of resources / freelancers required to achieve business goals
Desired Qualities / Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial / Growth mindset - looking to build and scale something from scratch
- Someone looking to explore exciting opportunities beyond the routine 9-to-5 job
- Solid Marketing Foundations - understands the consumer and this space, and can deploy multiple marketing tools and techniques to drive growth
- Creative in nature
- Relevant work experience (3-4 years) and proven track record of driving growth
- MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage
- Willing to work and thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced, high-intensity start-up environment
