THE ROLE :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and a very passionate individual for a - Financial Planning & Analysis Manager- at Wella Company. The FP&A Manager will be handling end to end budget and forecasting process to facilitate decision making and support future business strategies. The individual needs to demonstrate a true business partnering mindset provide Finance Support to Business through detailed research and analysis of standard reporting including detailed financial analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure Monthly P&L closing in line with Forecasts

- Lead, Control and monitor Key Cost buckets like Trade Spends & Brand Spends

- Provide detailed commentary of key business results on a monthly basis and perform root cause analysis for key movements

- Monitoring the key customer balances and act as a SPOC for queries from Customers on revenue and credit

- Ideate and Develop reporting dashboards for senior management

- Act as a finance business partner in new customer acquisition and Profitability Analysis

- Operational responsibility for all budget uploads and ensuring reporting systems are accurately and timely updated.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Top MBA school/University or CA, with 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles. For MBA candidates, needs to be a Commerce undergraduate

- Strong experience in Commercial finance and Financial Analysis (mandatory) in FMCG environment (preferred)

- Accounting knowledge with strong understanding of basics of book-keeping. (Mandatory)

- Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills

- Expertise in various IT systems Hyperion and SAP is mandatory (SAP/ Micro strategy)

- Cross functional understanding of the work processes between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, HR

- Process oriented, very focused and rigorous

- Experience managing P&L as well as robust understanding of budgets (mandatory)

- Strong organizational, project management and communication skills

- Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit - Need to have demonstrated ownership in previous roles and be a self-starter

- Excellent analytical skills

- Innovative thinker, ability to go for the extra-mile

- We are a small team and hence you should have a willingness to work in a small team with ability to lend helping hand whenever needed beyond your role.
