Role:
The position is a leadership role in managing Travel Division, both from P&L and Brand perspective. The role is expected to develop the business plan matching the goals of the current organization and manage, build and guide the team to reach the business plan target.
Key Objective:
- To maintain the year on year revenue growth percentage and meet net profit targets.
- Introduce and develop products and services like ticketing, tour packages, MICE etc on par with the best in the industry.
- Effectively utilize the available distribution channels and platforms and expand the same to meet business targets.
- Constantly motivating the sales and operations team to achieve their targets and ensure the organizations profitability;
- Meeting regularly with team leaders for execution.
- Dealing effectively with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
- Overseeing Operations, Product development, Business development & Accounting.
- Ensuring tie-ups with other entities for achieving organization objectives.
Desired Profile:
- The ideal profile would be a professional with hands-on experience in man-management and operations of a Travel Company
- Should have experience of working on corporate alliances & tie-ups
- Must have prior experience of generating business through Digital Marketing platforms & initiatives
- Should have experience of driving business of decent size.
- A good communicator & motivator with high level of goal orientation, focus, energy and enthusiasm
- Should have experience of leading a team size 15-20 persons
