3. Statutory compliance
4. Assist CAO to set the company structure as per the company development
5. Managing the administration including office back end and warehouse
6. Assist to set department members work assessment standard
7. Set administration department work rules and procedures to make sure the work goes smooth and efficient
8. Liaison with government ( Labour dept, EPF, ESIC etc.,)
9. Preferable candidates only from Bangalore.
