Leads internal cross-team meetings, ensures continuity between pre-sales and Customer Success, coordinates with cross teams to meet objectives, and provides onboarding status reports - Onboarding is a unique role within our company that combines aspects of project management, process development, and efficiency innovation. - Our Onboarding folks leverage their organizational and social capabilities and knowledge of the WebEngage platform to manage cross teams and clients throughout the onboarding process. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Gathers initial set of information regarding clients domain ecosystem to understand the key data points which need to flow between each software platform. - Creates the integration plan based on the requirements along with the data model with necessary data points. Work along with the client/3rd party tech team to help them with any questions or blockers regarding the set integration plan. - Tests all domain and channel integrations based on the plan agreed upon and verifies if all data point flows are properly captured by our platform. - Understand our platform thoroughly and provide solutions or workarounds to any limitations which may arise for meeting the client's requirements. - Helps the Sales team with technical feasibility analysis based on the features of our platform during the prospecting process. - Exemplifies a hands-on approach to project management by managing multiple clients, cross teams, and tasks with flawless delivery Acts as liaison between cross teams, communicating unique business issues that require special attention during the integration process Knows the Client, their business, and their goals to integrate as efficiently as possible. - Collaborates with other cross-functional teams Maintains knowledge of all product features and new releases and their impact on current integrations.
