- So we're now expanding our communication play beyond click-through-rate metrics and looking for someone to bring in a zing of creativity and bravery into our messaging to help them stand out while also simplifying our offering for new-to-category customers.This is about taking our story to the audience via channels and messages that resonate the best with them and establish an image in their minds.
Job Description :
- Maintain the doc articulating the Brand Communication Objectives alongside the key audience groups and personas we cater to Translate the objectives into creative briefs for Internal and External Creative Teams for various Audience Groups Evaluate content produced - copies, graphics, video scripts, videos - for alignment with brand objectives
- Define Targets for and monitor distribution reach and frequency for each creative / audience group Maintain strategy and execution across PR, Experiential / Events, Content and Social Media Marketing and engagement with the creative agency on brand campaigns across online channels
Ideal Candidate Business Education with 5-10 years of experience in Marketing / Brand Management Understanding of Awareness>Consideration Stages / Marketing Funnels ( ToFu/MoFu) Methodical Approach to developing Customer Insights and translating them into messaging strategy Ability to build and manage a team Strong story-telling, communication, narrative building skills Understanding of customer cycle from awareness to advocacy via tools and metrics Brand Management experience in FMCG is interesting Demonstrated Fast learner who can adapt to the world of B2B SaaS
