Job Description

- Web Analytics Manager shall be responsible to analyse & report on key data from online activities, from organic search engine traffic to paid traffic, social media metrics, online marketing analytics and so on. In addition to the report, a Web Analytics Manager must be able to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from this data and reference it to customer experience online, customer engagement, conversion rates to sales/enquiries, social sign ups etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting online data on traffic patterns, customer behaviour, navigation and engagement and present suggestions to increase user engagement, ad sales opportunities, visitor growth and site performance optimization.

- Effectively collaborate with marketing team on the design, segmentation and measurement of online campaign performance and work towards better results.

- Conduct regular site audits to check for brand messaging and alignment, product availability, pricing, promotion, and product information; identify opportunities and action plan.

- Identify gaps in data tracking strategy, implement enhancements, and support future rollout of online analytics tools to digital channels.

- Identify new features, techniques and solutions to drive operational benefits.

- Develop competency in web data analysis, SEM, affiliate marketing, and customer data analysis to increase revenues and increase customer satisfaction.

- Manage actionable reporting of web metrics and provide senior management with analysis, observations, conclusions, opportunities and recommendations.

- Stays abreast of new developments and changes in organic search, including search engine algorithms and team technology, as well as Web measurement technologies

- Analyze website and sales performance, trends, and click stream path analysis activity; provide data driven business insights, leading to fundamental improvements to our product experience

- Interpret data via multiple platforms to create actionable marketing items

- Supports the analytic needs of various business units by analyzing traffic through the use of numerous tools

- Day-to-day management of measurement platforms to ensure tracking, reporting and analytics are functioning optimally

- Demonstrates a high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behaviour using data to influence change

- Perform marketing campaign and investment analysis for all Online advertising, and website related activities

- Analyze data from online marketing campaigns: user response, web site conversions, feature usage, attrition rates

- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaigns

- Deliver online customer analyses, such as: Customer Segmentation, Retention Analysis, Lifetime Value Analysis,

- Advertising Research, Brand Research, Site Utilization

- Define and implement routine reports (weekly / monthly) for marketing campaigns

- Provide detailed monthly and quarterly results overviews to management

- Participate and support in delivering results.

- Provide recommendations on improvement of marketing efficiencies and effectiveness

Desired Skills & Experience

- In-depth knowledge on web trends, web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Omniture, comScore etc. with url tagging and tracking

- Thorough understanding of web technologies - HTTP, cookies, etc.

- Extensive technical knowledge in handling large data and reporting.

- Ability to report and internalize customer insights. Ability to pull valuable information from raw data.

- Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels, and delivering results.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with hands on experience working with large datasets

- Excellent written and oral communication
