Job description – Holiday seller

Experience – 1-3 years

Sales (Holiday Seller) – these guy are the ones that will be front faced sellers and will speak to the customer.

a. Good communication skills

b. Some exp in selling international holiday destinations

Ideal candidate will be a thorough professional and should be able to handle packages/holiday sales

Key responsibilities -

1. Ideal candidate should have good communication skills

2. Candidate should have hands on experience in selling holiday packages in person or over phone

3. Candidate should have experience in designing holiday itineraries and destination knowledge

4. Operations experience like booking reconfirmation, Ticketing (GDS and others) and supplier payment etc will be an added advantage

5. Candidate should a high level of convincing power and an ability to be able to act as ‘consultant’ rather than seller

6. Should have passion and fire in the belly

7. Some form of relationships with the hotels/accommodations at tourist destination will be an added advantage

8. Individuals who have travelled to International destinations will be preferred

The ideal candidate for this profile will be someone

1. Who is a Graduate in any discipline

2. Is able to engage the customers thru his/her knowledge of the product

3. Able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic start up environment

4. Has a knack to constantly re invent himself/herself through his/her selling which is something new, something fresh and is able to break through the clutter

This position will be based full time at Delhi.
