Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Operations Domestic and Outbound Travel

Job Description

Being a member of the Sales & Operations team, you would be responsible for -

- Responsible for handling operations/post sales fulfilment for Outbound and Domestic Tour packages

- You will have to make sure the hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers, flights etc for every confirmed booking.

- You will have to engage with the existing suppliers both domestic as well as international on regular basis and look out for new suppliers to add to the existing set

- You will have to ensure the ticketing and visa processes are complete well in for every booking done

- The person shall also make sure there is no problem at the time a client is on his holiday. He has to make sure in case there is a stuck case, he finds a reasonable solution to it.

- Some experience in handling holiday operations

- Sensitivity towards customer and somebody who can take quick decisions

The Successful Applicant

- Graduate/Post-Graduate with 2-4 years of working experience in the similar role

- Strong operations management skills for both domestic as well as outbound tour packages

- Strong negotiating skills

- Strong relationship with domestic/international suppliers – hotels, airlines, embassies, etc

- Hands on experience on GTA, Tourico and other online systems

- Candidate should have in depth understanding of the complete booking cycle mainly - visas, ticketing, hotels

- Candidate should know how to co-ordinate with the accounts team for payments / remittances.

- Candidate should have good communication skills and passionate to work in a fast paced start up environment

This position will be full time based at New Delhi. Salary and perks will be no constraints for the right candidate.
