The Role : Investment Counsellor - Every week, hundreds of Wealth Partners are added to Wealthy's platform, who in turn bring 1,000s of new end-users. - These partners are supported by the Partner success team who relentlessly support the DWPs. We are looking for an investment counsellor who will support the PST on all there queries and propel business. Roles and Responsibilities : - Proactively advising Wealth clients on their portfolios across asset classes like equities, fixed income, mutual funds, derivatives, alternative investments, etc. - Delivering on Investments business targets for the location - Train and groom RM's to increase investment sales and offer financial planning to a larger base of customers. - Actively maintain relationships with service providers in the industry, i.e., Mutual Funds, PMS houses, brokerages, research houses, etc. - Increase penetration on NTB customers for investments - Compliance & controls to be implemented for all investment sales - Update all RMs on latest market updates, markets outlook & investments advisory - Enhancing usage of investment tools used as per bank policy - Ensure all RMs are trained on all mandatory disclosures & Key information memorandums - Review sales & surveillance processes Requirements : - Sound knowledge of Investments products - Communication skills and personality to engage with clients - Team orientation, ability to work along with the Banker to deepen and widen client relationships - Aggressive and business oriented, ability to work with the Banker team to deliver on a business plan - Motivate PSTs to drive sales
