Sales Target Achievement:

- You are accountable for achieving both monthly and annual sales targets.

- Ensure proper implementation and execution of relationship management and investment advisory strategies.

- Focus on achieving a balanced sales spread between different products.

- Aim to increase penetration among existing customers while acquiring New to Bank (NTB) customers to deepen wallet share.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Drive a significant improvement in customer service within the local market.

- Implement a customer service strategy aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained and improved over time.

- Interact with new customers to thoroughly explain product features and functions, assisting them with onboarding processes.

Customer Engagement and Migration:

- Meet customer migration targets, possibly referring to moving customers to higher-value products or services.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance their overall experience.

- Foster relationships with customers to encourage long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure smooth operational execution to support seamless customer transactions and service delivery.

Market Intelligence and Feedback:

- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and compliance to drive integrated strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
degrees (e. g. MBA) may be preferred.

Experience:

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the financial services sector, preferably with experience in banking or wealth management.

- Demonstrated experience in relationship management, customer service leadership, and/or investment advisory roles.

- Experience in driving customer satisfaction improvements and implementing customer service strategies.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive performance and service excellence within a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Analytical skills to gather and interpret market intelligence and customer feedback.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge:

- Thorough understanding of financial products and services, including investment products, banking products, and wealth management solutions.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.

Certifications:

- Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar credentials would be advantageous.
