Wealth Manager | Leading fintech platform | Delhi
- Established in 1993, our client is a leading service provider of portfolio management services, mutual fund & other financial services. Based out of New Delhi, its prestigious clientele includes family offices, corporates, NRI, UHNI, among others.
- As a Wealth Manager, You will be responsible for acquiring high-net-worth customers with a minimum investable capacity of 5 crores for financial markets and addressing queries related to Private Wealth, PMS, and AIF funds and Direct Equity.
What you need to do :
- Acquiring customers with a minimum investable capacity of 5 crores for financial markets.
- Addressing inquiries related to Private Wealth, PMS, and AIF funds, with additional knowledge in Direct Equity being advantageous.
- Delivering various MIS reports as per specified requirements.
- Developing short- and long-term sales strategies for the Wealth Management business in alignment with organizational goals.
- Establishing standardized and efficient sales processes to ensure quality control and efficient customer service.
- Achieving a balanced revenue stream through the sale of Mutual Funds, building a steady annuity flow, and promoting other asset classes.
- Enhancing market credibility by driving strong client servicing and engagement parameters.
- Staying ahead of the competition through continuous learning.
- Monitoring client positions and portfolio allocations, ensuring compliance with risk and advisory parameters set by Risk, Compliance, and Research teams.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external Financial Advisory guidelines and Risk Policies to minimize instances of mis-selling.
What you need to have :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in Wealth Management or a related field.
- Demonstrable track record in acquiring high-net-worth clients with a minimum investable capacity of 5 crores.
- Strong economic knowledge of India and global markets.
- Expertise in Portfolio Management and Financial Planning.
- Familiarity with Direct Equity will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional Customer Acquisition and Sales Skills.
- Possession of valid mandatory certificates in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Result-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in visual communication to effectively present data and reports.
