Role Overview:

As a Wealth Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for cultivating high net worth relationships and delivering exceptional service standards. Your role involves crafting and implementing tailored financial plans, ensuring clients receive optimal advice and support.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect, acquire, and maintain client relationships.

- Meet predetermined targets for client acquisition and business volume.

- Stay abreast of investment opportunities and market trends to align with client portfolios.

- Understand client needs and position appropriate products and services.

- Collaborate with product and research teams for informed investment decisions.

- Offer strategies to help clients achieve financial objectives, including cash management and insurance coverage.

- Conduct periodic client reviews and portfolio reassessments.

- Provide investment performance reports and summaries.

- Maintain detailed client records and preferences.

- Assist clients in gathering necessary financial documents.

- Support business development activities such as seminars and workshops.

- Prepare and present MIS reports as required.

Requirements:

- MBA in Finance or equivalent; additional certifications such as CFP are advantageous.

- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.

- Track record of managing book sizes ranging from 25 to 50 crores.

Technical Competencies:

- Strong analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to drive buying decisions effectively.
