Role Summary: The Wealth Manager serves as the primary interface with clients, responsible for acquiring high net worth relationships and managing and retaining them by delivering superior service standards. They establish strong client relationships by designing and implementing financial plans and ensuring clients receive and act upon sound advice.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect, acquire, and retain clients.

- Achieve budgeted targets in terms of number of clients, volume of business, and assets.

- Research and stay updated on available investment opportunities and financial market trends.

- Understand clients' needs and requirements and position products and services accordingly.

- Coordinate with product and research teams to make investment decisions for clients.

- Recommend strategies for clients to achieve their financial objectives.

- Periodically contact clients to assess satisfaction and review investment needs.

- Provide investment performance reports and summaries to clients.

- Build and maintain client bases, with relevant comments for future reference.

- Guide clients in gathering necessary information/documents.

- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.

- Prepare MIS reports in specified formats.

Requirement:

- MBA in Finance or focused education in financial planning/wealth management.

- Additional qualifications like CFP are advantageous.

- 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry, with a minimum book size management of 25 to 50 crore.
