Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships, identify, and cultivate potential leads
- Develop, implement, and manage a marketing and lead generation strategy
- Provide objective and candid feedback to staff regarding performance
- Develop a thorough understanding of client's financial needs, goals, and expectations, and match resources to their specific needs
- Develop and implement plans that maximize long term growth and cash flows in the portfolio
- Meet with clients on an ongoing basis to update them on portfolio performance
- Meet with clients as needed to discuss financial matters, review their portfolio, and address other concerns
- Negotiate with clients on investment and insurance matters
- Maintain and update client files
