Role Summary :

As the face of the business, the Wealth Manager is pivotal in acquiring and managing high net worth relationships. Responsibilities include designing and implementing financial plans, ensuring clients receive and execute sound advice, and establishing strong ties with clients.

Responsibilities :

- Prospect, acquire, and retain clients.

- Achieve budgeted targets in terms of clients and business volume.

- Stay updated on investment opportunities and financial market trends.

- Understand clients' needs, position products/services, and coordinate with product and research teams for investment decisions.

- Recommend strategies for clients' financial objectives.

- Periodically contact clients to assess satisfaction and review investment needs.

- Provide investment performance reports and summaries.

- Build and maintain client bases, documenting relevant comments for future reference.

- Guide clients in gathering required information/documents.

- Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and business development activities.

- Prepare MIS reports in specified formats.

Requirement :

- MBA in finance or focused education in financial planning/wealth management.

- Additional qualifications like CFP are advantageous.

- 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry.

- Experience managing a minimum book size of 25 to 50 crores.
