Client Account Management
- Acquire new HNI customers through converting referral leads that flow from Synergy, Telesales and BIU initiatives.
- Acquire (NCA)New Wealth HNI clients through asset and liability products.
- Review HNI customer needs and asset allocation, pro-actively engage with the customer to identify and understand their needs.
- Advise HNI customers to enrich existing relationships by mobilizing additional funds and sell other fee based products/services based on the current and future customer needs.
- Review product penetration for the assigned client base, identify potential HNI customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
- Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling.
- Financial planning for HNI clients via Investment and protection solutions
- Organize HNI customer events to enhance customer bonding/acquisition.
- To achieve sales target in terms of income generated across third party products Like Corporate FD's/Secondary Bonds/PMS/AIF/Private Equity/Structured Products/Unlisted Equity/Life Insurance/General Insurance
- To Build MF AUM
- To execute cross sell efforts in line with Company lending strategy
- Keep self-updated on financial markets and other Third Party products.
