About Team: : Leo1 brings a passionate bunch of young professionals, consultants, and partners from diverse streams, who carry rich experience in domains like Banking, IT & Finance. We are looking for a Wealth Manager role to join our early team. You'll be focusing on understanding the needs of our customers in-depth and will identify and implement solutions accordingly.
Position - Wealth Manager ( B2B)
Experience - 2- 8 years
Education Qualifications - B.com/BMS/CA/MBA/BAF, MBA or CA Preferred
Location - Mumbai
Reporting to - Lending Head
- We are looking for a Wealth Manager to be responsible acquisition of B2B Financial Product - Distributors, Deepening Relationships and Increasing Wallet Share from Existing B2B Partners,
- To be successful as a Wealth Manager, we are looking to have the ability to explain complex information, be confident, and have good sales and negotiation skills. Ultimately, a top-notchWealth Manager should have superior knowledge of wealth management, good presentation skills, and an understanding of customer relations tactics. We are looking for someone who can take key responsibilities and manage strategic accounts and build Wealth business from scratch
Job Responsibility :
1. Onboard Wealth Management Firms, IFA, Wealth Advisors to build AUM in Leo1 platform.
2. Manage Partnerships end to end (Key Account Management)
3. Tie up with the Wealth Partners, Channel Partners ( B2B) pitch them about the financial products and services and get business.
4.Acquisition of New IFAs the system for B2B sales which needs to be continuous and ongoingprocess
5.Activate IFAs through regular knowledge sessions to empower them to build sizable AUM.
Skills & Competencies:
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- Account Management skills, Excellent Presentation Skills
- Should have a thorough understanding of our products and a clear and fair idea about the products of our competition.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory framework and Taxation Laws

- Customer focus and result oriented approach
Qualification & Experience:
- A Master's degree/professional qualificationsB.com/BMS/CA/MBA/BAF, MBA or CA Preferred
- At least 3years+ experience in Financial Market/ Broking
