JOB DESCRIPTION: WEALTH MANAGEMENT - SALES

Job Role: Wealth Management- Sales

Total Experience: 4 to 10+ years

Educational Qualification: Post Graduation

Variable: Incentives and Bonus as per market standards

Reporting to: Regional Sales Head/CEO

Work mode: From Office

Location: Multiple Locations ( Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai )

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses to expand the client base.

- Provide personalized financial advisory and wealth management solutions tailored to clients' goals.

- Prior Relationship Manager (RM) experience with a book is not mandatory; individuals with Investment Consultant (IC) or smart service backgrounds are encouraged.

- Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in financial planning and investment analysis tools.

- Knowledge of various financial products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and alternative investments.

- Familiarity with relevant regulatory compliance and financial industry software.

Bonus Soft Skills:

- Excellent Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly to clients.

- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse client needs and provide tailored solutions, demonstrating a proactive approach to addressing financial challenges.

- Sales Acumen: Sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and meet targets while maintaining a client-centric approach.

- Time Management: Efficient time management and organization skills to handle multiple client portfolios and meet deadlines.

- Ethical Conduct: High ethical standards and integrity in financial dealings to maintain client confidence and regulatory compliance.
