- Develop team knowledge and capability to cross sell products, develop wealth expertise,
- Provide learning through joint calls, ensure positivity and team motivation.
- Ensure RM performance across Goal sheet targets are met across all bank products, including
- New to Bank customer acquisitions, Liabilities, Investments, Insurance, Trade FOREX and Assets.
- Complete requirements for Investments AMFI, IRDA for RMs along with HRs.
- Drive high service levels on the RM portfolio, Revenue Generation.
- Ensure all sales activity is recorded as per the organizational process and all sales and service
- Ensure that processes are adhered to by self and the team
