Are you passionate about building relationships and exceeding sales targets? We are seeking a dynamic Wealth Head with a background in Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Client Relationship Management in the Financial Services sector. As the Wealth Head, you will drive teams to surpass sales targets and deliver exceptional service standards to high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for managing teams, driving profitability, and ensuring client satisfaction by designing and implementing financial plans.
- Responsibilities:-
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets for Wealth Management products
- Maintain profitability targets by ensuring good IRR and cross-selling
- Identify revenue growth streams and develop business plans
- Create and maintain a client base in direct equity by acquiring new Private Wealth/HNI/Corporate clients
- Monitor client portfolio performance and provide sustained advisory services
- Establish systems/procedures to contribute to growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance standards in Financial Planning, Asset Allocation, and Product Sales
- Recruit, train, and manage team members
- Conduct performance reviews for effective monitoring and measuring of results
- Requirements:-
- 12-15 years in Financial Industry, preferably in Broking industry/Capital Markets
- Sales experience with bank-led Private Wealth segment preferred
- Experience in team management
