Job Title: Wealth Head

Client: Prominent financial advisory and wealth management firm committed to helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Designation: Wealth Head

Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDM in Finance

- Professional Certifications: CFP, NISM, IRDA

- Experience: 12 - 15 years in the Financial Industry preferred, with experience in Broking/Capital Markets

Role Summary: The Wealth Head is a dynamic professional experienced in Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Client Relationship Management within the Financial Services sector. Responsible for driving teams to exceed sales targets and client relationship management by delivering the highest standards of service. They lead teams in establishing strong ties with clients by designing and implementing financial plans, ensuring they receive and execute the right advice, and managing the team's P&L.

Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets for Wealth Management products.

- Maintain profitability targets through good IRR and cross-selling.

- Identify revenue growth streams and develop business plans to build consumer preference.

- Create a client base in direct equity by acquiring new Private Wealth/HNI/Corporate clients.

- Monitor client portfolio performance and provide sustained advisory services for high ROI.

- Establish systems/procedures to contribute to growth and profitability.

- Ensure compliance standards in Financial Planning, Asset Allocation, and Product Sales.

- Recruit, train, and manage team members, minimizing attrition.

- Achieve acquisition, activation, and cross-sell targets.

- Conduct performance reviews for effective monitoring and measurement.

Requirements :

- 12 - 15 years in the Financial Industry, preferably in Broking/Capital Markets.

- Sales experience with bank-led Private Wealth segment.

- Experience in team management.
