Wealth Head - Alliances & Product
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Heading the product management for Wealth & Allied Products
- Build new verticals for expanding business relationships to allied industries including but not limited to fixed deposits, insurance, wellness and mutual funds
- Lead Digital Sales for Wealth & Allied Products
- Acquisition of Institutional Partners, Deepening Relationships and Increasing Wallet Share from
- Existing Institutional Partners, Building Managing & Scaling-up a Large Portfolio of Client Assets in the Fixed Income Investment Product
- Working with the leadership in defining National strategy for Wealth Sales
- Nurturing new relationships and seeking out alliances to build on AUM creating synergies in the B2B and B2B2C space
- Develop the network of partnerships and alliances by initiating, structuring, negotiating and maintaining multiple relationships to drive revenue growth for the organization
- Conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances by collaborating with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers and support platforms to deliver
Key Skills & Qualifications:- Good understanding of Financial Markets
- Knowledge across investment products: Fixed Income, Equity & Other Alternatives
- Strong Analytical skills, proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Experience with growth marketing & communication especially digital sales
- Ownership, Passion, Ability & Ambition to perform in a high-growth organization
