About The Role :

- An offline sales counsellor is a professional who is responsible for selling products or services to customers in person and online. They typically work in a retail setting, and they may also work in a business-to-business setting. Offline sales counsellors must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with customers daily. They must also be knowledgeable about the markets.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identifying customer needs

- Maintaining customer relationships

Requirements :

- College Degree

- 3-5 years of experience in sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of the markets

- Ability to work independently and as part of teams.
