Designation -Manager/Sr Manager

Key Responsibilities

Establishing Alliance Channel; an alternate channel for customer acquisition through tie ups . There are primarily 3 parts of the job-

1. Tie ups, budgeting and business plan: Defining target banks/ institutions, forecasting sales volume, cost and revenue, meeting potential banks / institutions for tie ups, initial presentations, creating detailed proposal, agreement preparations with legal team, working on the commercials and term sheet

2. Creation of seamless experience for the customer: Create customer journey for alliance channel. Co-ordinate with internal and external IT, product and operations team to ensure integrated product offering.

3. Generate business: Managing the business and be accountable for increase in sales volume. Work on digital marketing strategy along with marketing team, business presentations at regional and zonal meets, R&R for the alliance channel, setting up systems, process and norms for the channel

Additional Desirable Skills

- Good understanding of wealth management

- Should be able to deal will middle.management of banks like organizations
