About the role :
- As the Growth Head, you will be a part of the leadership team and in effect as good as a cofounder
- You will own the end to end marketing efforts of the company and drive it along with the team
- You will conceptualize & execute marketing constructs to drive the growth - Create construct, and articulate business value
- You will be responsible for driving the growth of the product (to be launched this month), customer acquisition and customer engagement
- Lead the growth hacking team
- Lead content generation, review of content generated by other stakeholders and monitoring of communication from the company
- Digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, offline marketing - basically everything related to growth
- Set up the complete lead and customer management system
- Analytical insights to drive growth
- This will be a hand-on role in terms of marketing efforts, content generation
What are we looking for:
- Prior experience in marketing and growth hacking for online platforms/ products
- Prior experience in marketing, primarily content based marketing along with digital and offline marketing
- Hands on writing and marketing experience, SEO & SEM experiecne
- Ex-entrepreneurs who started their venture will be preferred
- If not an entrepreneur, you must have worked in a early stage startup
- Being active in the startup ecosystem is a plus
- Active on social media
