Position Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual with post graduation degree in business management to join our team as a Principal Consultant.

- As a Principal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving client success by leading consulting engagements, developing strategic recommendations, and fostering strong client relationships. Consulting experience in retail and/or textile industry is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage consulting engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.

- Lead a team of Consultants & Associate Consultants for project delivery

- Oversee project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery

- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and proactively address any challenges to ensure successful project delivery.

- Contribute to business & firm development efforts through thoughts papers, points of views and proposal development

- Contribute to the professional development of the team through knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on retail or textile sectors.

- Expert level proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

- Proven track record of successfully leading consulting engagements and delivering tangible results for clients.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience of conducting primary and secondary research in a relevant sector

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
