We are a management consulting firm providing growth consulting and Transaction advisory services to Consumer products and Retail (CPR) clients. We are looking to add a resource to our dedicated Transaction Advisory Services team. The person would work closely with the senior management on live deals and help in preparing marketing collaterals including valuation models. A right person for the job would be: 1. Having 1 - 3 year of Mergers and Acquisitions experience in Investment Banking firm / KPO 2. Prior experience of working on Pitch books, valuation model and secondary research. 3. Must possess excellent business analysis (Microsoft Excel), communication (written and oral), and presentation (written and oral - Microsoft PowerPoint) skills 4. Maintains awareness of M&A trends and industry knowledge of our focus sectors 5. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) 6. Possesses general understanding in the areas of financial modeling, deal making, client engagement. 7. Developed inter-personal skills, team orientation, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and with an ability to operate with limited supervision.
