WayCool - Senior Product/Business Manager - eCommerce

Responsibilities :

- Building Mobile Application from scratch, design and development

- Work closely with IT team on product road map and release calendar

- Define strategy and execution aspects of content, commerce and communication to drive business and customer acquisition

- Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for obtaining insights and constantly refine / add new features.

- Work closely with UX, UI, Development and QA teams. Clearly communicate and define the project and execution plan.

- Define track and publish key engagement and business metrics for all aspects of business.

- Preparing and presenting business reviews to senior management

Skills Required :

- Leadership and collaboration

- Aggressive, go-getter, hands on attitude

- 7-10 Years of relevant product/ ecommerce experience.

- Design thinking, user empathy and deep understanding of Indian users

- Good data and metrics orientation, along with strong analytical abilities

- Relevant exposure to Social Media / Digital marketing
