Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Tech Project Managers. As a PM, you will :

1) Lead and manage the delivery of multiple complex software development projects in a timely, controlled and predictable manner.

2) Be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, through delivering primarily agile projects.

3) Identify and engage with project stakeholders and then manage all ongoing communications

4) As Scrum Master you will be the driving force for ensuring scrum is understood and enacted.

5) Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritise, and develop projects.

6) Planning, scheduling, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

7) Leading and coaching the project team as appropriate and according to the needs of the individual project

8) Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement

9) Supporting overall management of the department programme

10) Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships with all customers including suppliers and third parties

11) Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

12) Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
