Key Responsibilities are as follows :
- New product launch
- End to end brand management
- Promotion planning
- New product development
- Advertising
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Understand market research needs for the brands and develop the same
- Develop and ensure the execution of branding/marketing plans
- Monitor and influence demand forecasting
- Digital branding and social media presence
- GTM marketing activities, brand delivery and brand communication activities
- Brand activation and handling ATL/BTL activities
- Handle consumer insight and market intelligence activities
Experience and education :
- Must have marketing/branding experience in FMCG or Dairy space
- Must have 6+ years of experience in brand management
- Must be a graduate from ISB,IIMs or other premier institutions
