WayCool - Business Planning Role

Responsibilities :

- Develop the Strategic Business Plan (5-year) and execute the Annual Business Planning and Strategy exercise for entire portfolio of business units in WayCool

- Incharge of the monthly, quarterly and annual business review mechanism for the company across business verticals and project managing the execution of the consequent initiatives

- Create and run the Board processes and documents pertaining to business review committee meetings and investment committee meetings

- Preparation of data lakes and investor presentations for funding related exercises undertaken by WayCool

- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, mergers and acquisitions in line with WayCool growth strategy
