- only candidates with outsourcing advisory experience may apply
- Sourcing RFP development and rollout, service provider commercial negotiations, SOW commercial exhibits creation and client management
- Analysis, financial modelling, synthesizing observations / recommendations, benchmarking and reporting on active client engagements
- Support the leaders in practice P&L responsibilities such as business development, marketing, straddling multiple benchmarking engagements, revenue and profitability discussions with Wavestone leadership etc.
- Develop a strong reputation within and outside the firm based on quality of work and insights delivered to clients, as well as by helping publish top quality content (whitepapers / viewpoints / blogs etc.)
- Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants in the team and provide oversight to their efforts
- Work closely with the leaders in practice building initiatives including, benchmarking database set-up/management, active client delivery, sales & marketing support
- Assist other teams with pricing/contracting related inquiries and projects, as needed
