Human Resource Business Partner

Responsibilities:

- Managing end to end employee life cycle ( Onboarding, attendance, employee benefits)

- Mentor managers on employee development best practices

- Responsible for administering performance management program

- Advise leadership on hiring and terminations

- Administer payroll, attendance and employee benefits

- Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution

- Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints

- Conduct monthly employee engagement programs and HR connects

Skills:

- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, required

- Excellent spoken/written English communication skills

- Min 6 Year of HR experience

- Demonstrated ability with training and development programs

- Adept with performance management and investigations

- Skilled in employee benefits administration

- Immediate joiners will be preferred

- Should have managed remote teams

- Should be comfortable in an individual contributor role
