We are a technology based organization on a mission to fight global warming and to reduce customer engagement costs for solar companies ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness on the way. WattMonk is currently present in all 50 states of the US and is associated with some of the top solar companies as their trusted partner. We provide technology and services to solar businesses to supercharge their growth. Our integrated platform is used by 100+ solar installers to order various services. Five out of the top 10 residential solar companies are our customers. We started in 2019 and have bootstrapped to millions of dollars in revenue already and are going 300% y-o-y. We are looking for a well-organized head of operations to oversee activities across various departments. The responsibilities of a head of the department include formulating strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the implementation in the system. You should also design policies and ensure the customer service is up to standard. Responsibilities: - Creating and formulating business strategies with senior management - Strategize, build, monitor process to ensure visibility across roles - Develop and design policies that will correlate with strategies - Improving systems and processes and managing staff - Implementing efficient processes and standards - Set up KPI's for each role including process to evaluate it - Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts - Managing customer service and ensuring customer retention - Set up/Improve communication both vertically and horizontally, across different roles - Overseeing compliance with regulations - Reporting on operational progress - Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement Skills Required : - Experience as a head of operations or in a similar role. - Knowledge of business functions. - Solid knowledge of data analytics. - Excellent organizational and leadership qualities. - A strategic thinker.
