WaterHealth India is a pioneer in establishing the public-private community partnership model for creating a sustainable - decentralized- business model in India. WHIN has been successfully running about 500 plants in the states of Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Delhi, and Tamil Nadu since 2006 and has also set up Water Vending Machines (WVMs) in various railway stations in AP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Delhi, Kerala, among many others. WHIN has recently introduced - CAMP- a fully automatic, self-contained, high capacity water purification system, targeted to serve the institutional customers including corporates, hotels, hospitals, etc.
The Incumbent would be responsible for formulating business strategy, providing business insights and for Business Development activities
Brief description of Roles & Responsibilities are as encompassed below:
1. Lead day to day formulation of business strategy a per the changing dynamics of the business environment.
2. Author, manage and deliver reports, data metrics along with developing and tracking key KPIs across the team with the aim of achieving strategic milestones and achievements.
3. Build the framework for strategic insights and run the business rhythm process in alignment with all other functions of WHIN.
4. Conceive, model and implement strategic programs and projects providing a positive impetus to business operations. Take complete ownership of all projects/programs from cradle to grave.
5. Plan and manage operational budget including tracking of all expenses and revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
6. Translate all business development recommendations into results.
Education: Post Graduate/ MBA (Preferably an Engineer)
