WaterHealth International (WHI) is a Company that provides scalable, safe drinking water solutions to underserved areas across using advanced technology and innovative business models. Headquartered in Irvine, USA, WaterHealth International runs operations worldwide i.e. Ghana, Nigeria, and India. WHI was incorporated in 2006 with a vision to provide safe, scalable and affordable drinking water to the underserved communities across the world. In Ten (10) years of its operation, WHI has successfully installed and running more than 500 WaterHealth Centers (WHCs) and Water Vending Machines across the globe providing access to safe water to over seven (7) million consumers.
Business Head - State is responsible for the performance of all business lines and functions in the state assigned. The key deliverable for this role is the profitability of the business in the state, this includes all BUs (CoBU, VeBU and ReBU) and support services. Driving operational excellence and meeting the organization's strategic objectives are the other responsibilities associated with this leadership role.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Create and implement an operational plan to deliver State level targets (volume, revenue and costs) for all BUs.
- Review team's progress on plan - functional tiered reviews (Means and Ends) and State DRM (key tasks)
- Responsible for P&L of the state
- Drive the acquisition team to obtain WHC and WVM orders in the state
- Raise funds through CSR initiatives of corporates along with Corporate Philanthropy team.
- Implement and monitor WHIN policies as defined in the state.
