Duties - 

- Achievement of AOP targets

- Recruitment and training of regional teams (On rolls/ Channel partner).

- Market Intelligence - Develop product/packages based on inputs received from market.

- Own up strategic accounts and convert them

- Laydown the system and processes to manage backend operations

- Inventory management-periodic demand supply meetings with SCM.
