Wastelink - Business Excellence Analyst

In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team of the organization and be a significant contributor to driving data driven business decisions.

You must be :

- Curious, with a yearning to learn every facet of our business and what we do

- Solution oriented, understanding that if there is a problem, there always exists multiple solutions and evaluate ROI from the proposed solutions

- Engaging, as you will have to deal with multiple stakeholders to gather information, define problems and identify data sets that will drive decisions.

- Independent, so that you can navigate yourself within a complex environment and do what needs to get done

- Caring, about the world we live in and understand every business can have a positive impact and that profit and being mission oriented are not mutually exclusive

- We are deeply passionate about win-win-win scenarios and the very foundation of our business is to ensure that all stakeholders receive value by doing what we do.

- Your academic qualifications are not that important as long as you are sufficiently technical to do complex analysis in Excel, and you are proficient with SQL and Python.

- You must also understand that this is a very important role, and you will be working closely with the co-founders and leadership team and be instrumental in driving decisions based on empirical data.

- While years of experience are not the most significant thing we look for, we assume that you have been there, done that, and have exposure to business operations, and understand the importance of data in driving business decisions.
