PMO-Warranty Solution Manager
Job Responsibilities: TWS PMO
- Lead the initiation phase of the Tractor Technical Warranty Solution Project, collaborating with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, technical experts, and external vendors.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Work closely with functional managers to allocate resources effectively and ensure the right skill sets are available for project tasks.
- Monitor resource utilization, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to optimize project performance.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Implement a robust risk management plan, regularly reviewing and updating it to ensure timely risk response and resolution.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring that all aspects of the Tractor Technical Warranty Solution meet defined criteria.
- Implement a continuous improvement process, fostering a culture of quality and accountability within the project team.
- Develop and maintain a communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed about project status, milestones, and issues.
- Generate regular progress reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key achievements and addressing challenges.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring that the organization is prepared for and embraces changes introduced by the Tractor Technical Warranty Solution Project.
- Develop communication strategies to facilitate a smooth transition and minimize resistance to change.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and monitor them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the project plan.
- Oversee the project closure phase, ensuring that all project objectives are met and that lessons learned are documented.
- Work with relevant teams to transition project deliverables into operational processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO, promoting best practices and lessons learned from the Tractor Technical Warranty Solution Project.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, Engineering or a related field, MBA will be Plus point
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the automotive or technical solutions domain.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
