Warrantify - Product Manager

- Warrantify is an award-winning company backed by Business Angels experienced in building multi-million businesses. We are looking at disrupting the way individuals and enterprises manage their documents like warranties, receipts, and invoices. Paperless.

- We are seeking a self-starting ambitious engineer to lead our product development and research team. Strong skills in software architecture especially, building complex and large-scale systems. Lots of (preferably recent) experience coding in PHP(YiiFramework) programming language would be a plus.

What you will be doing?

- Our small but talented team wants a dedicated leader. You will have a dual role of a Mentor and a Top-performing player in the Engineering team - you are the ultimate problem solver. You will be expected to mentor and guide every member in the team and build a strong dev culture at

Warrantify.

- You're not a "manager". You lead other product dev members while still being a respected engineer who ships code.

- You recognize that how you direct the growth, organization, process, and culture of a product development team can make the difference between company success and failure.

- You will be responsible for understanding the needs of the rest of the business and executing on it within product development, and vice versa communicating back to the rest of the organization.

- Define the product roadmap and future.

- Hiring and scaling the Product R&D team.

Skills & Requirements

- You believe in our vision: a world free of paper clutter! 

- You love problem solving and coding!

- Have worked at a large organization or a startup. If you- ve tried the entrepreneurial journey and did not succeed, we value that.

- Relevant experience, atleast 1 to 2 years with building web based products.

- Well-rounded technology understanding, including web development and deeper level understanding of APIs and platforms.

- Experience with various development methodologies with an educated opinion on how product teams should function, with the ability to learn and tweak.
