Role And Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Logistics & Warehousing requirements for all brands acquired in Southwestern of India.
- Manage & Negotiate contracts with 3PLs and scout for new service providers.
- Ensure best-in-class Service Levels across channels at optimum costs.
- Develop exhaustive know-how of WMS/OMS for Outbound fulfilment operations
- Resolve operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, pricing issues, and financial post-sales programs, reporting).
- Prepare reports on SLAs at Brand X Channel X Region levels along with inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and other issues for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with the company policies and relevant SOPs

- Cost to Serve (Order Fulfilment Costs as % of GMV)
