Specialist - Warehouse System & Process

Dominic Lewis Pvt. Ltd. has been mandated to hire for the position of Warehouse System and Process Specialist for Bangalore location.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations for distribution centers in China and India. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of physical warehouse processes within the system, managing system implementation and upgrades, staying updated on new solutions, documenting warehouse flows and processes, and contributing to strategic projects involving new locations. Occasional support may also be required for warehouse layout design.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Data Engineering.

Work Experience:

- Prior experience in Warehouse & Distribution system environments.

- Prior experience with WMS is advantageous, with familiarity in SAP EWM being mandatory.

- Candidates should exhibit energy and self-motivation.

Specific Knowledge:

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in office environments.

- Lean-oriented mindset with a focus on optimization.

- Fluency in English is required, while Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.

- Ability to thrive in an international setting and willingness to travel globally (20% of the time).
