As a Senior manager -Operations , you shall report directly to the Director - Operations and will be responsible for efficiently running the operations in the state . Responsibilities - 1) Build and implement operational processes for various product lines 2) Planning for setting up new operations and expanding existing operations 3) Understanding customer expectations. Designing and driving operations to align with customer expectations 4) Periodically reporting and reviewing with customers on performance metrics 5) Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities 6) Coaching , nurturing and mentoring the team 7) Working with technology team to build and implement comprehensive solutions 8) Creating and owning operations budget. Focus on continuous service improvement and cost reduction 9) Creating an engagement mechanism with business partners for a long-term relationship 10) Ensuring periodic reconciliation of transactions with customers and business partners Requirements - 1) At least 14 years of experience in managing Supply Chain Operations 2) Candidate should be able to find the root cause of he problems and solve them. 3) Excellent geographical understanding of the local territory & should be able to liaison with the local stakeholders &get things done 4) Demonstrated track record of building and scaling support operation including management and development of teams, processes, and metrics. 5) Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate technical issues back to customers in a user-friendly way. 6) Passion to drive processes & operational excellence
